Arsenal Women to Play Six Home Matches at Meadow Park

Barclays Women's Super League and Domestic Cup Fixtures to be Held at the New Venue

Arsenal Women will play six of their Barclays Women's Super League (WSL) fixtures, as well as all their domestic cup matches, at Meadow Park, the home of Boreham Wood Football Club. The stadium, which has a capacity of over 4,500, has been upgraded to meet the requirements of the FA Women's Super League, including a new pitch, improved dressing rooms, and enhanced media facilities.

The move to Meadow Park will provide Arsenal Women with a more modern and comfortable home ground, with improved facilities for both players and fans. The club's first match at the new stadium will be against Leicester City on 25 September 2022, and they will also host Manchester United, Aston Villa, Chelsea, Brighton & Hove Albion, and Reading at Meadow Park during the 2022/23 season.

Arsenal Women's Head Coach Jonas Eidevall said: "We are delighted to be playing our home matches at Meadow Park this season. The stadium is a great facility and we believe it will provide our team with the best possible environment to perform. We are looking forward to welcoming our fans to Meadow Park and creating a special atmosphere for our home games."

Meadow Park will also host Arsenal Women's domestic cup matches, including the FA Women's Cup, the FA Women's League Cup, and the Continental Tyres League Cup. The club will also continue to train at London Colney, their training ground since 2012.
